 First of all my ketostix have been a dark pink, I had one for dinner last night, now today they are white, not a trace of pink. I still stayed under my daily carbs, and still threw me right out of ketosis. It was was a fairly small serving, and I was still hungry. It didn't taste too great either. My advice, if it seems too good to be true, it is, trust me stick to knowing what you put in your food and forget the rest of that junk. | How many carbs do they have? The ones I'm finding online are 28 grams and up. |

| The one I had, had 10 grams. There is only a few of the Smart ones that are low carb. They actually say on the box "The truth about low carb". Apparently, they don't know much, lol Kristie 168/157/115 When I am blue.....I remember to breath again |
