    Hi everyone

    I am brand new to the board....4 weeks into Atkins and 10.5 pounds lighter. That's 42 sticks of butter I'll never see again!!!

    Trying to find a place where I won't be judged, yet supported and confronted when need be. Also a place where I can put thoughts and get feedback (noticed the journal section..yeah!!!)

    Hope to meet a lot of great people with common goals

    I've already added my first journal entry...which is what I've desperately seeked to do!

    Bring on the lectures...I'll listen, get angry if I don't agree LOL, and take the advice into consideration. Only way I can grow is to learn.

    I just joined this site a bit over a month ago, this is my second time trying, and I believe my first time failed due to critisim (sp?) and lack of support from those around me.

    This place is awesome, tons of info, and great ideas. I know I will make this a permanent wol (way of life) with all the support here.

    I've been to other LC websites but I haven't found one as great as this!

    This is truly a wonderful support group! The people here are great. They never condemn you when you succumb to sugar cravings. They keep welcoming me back no matter how many times I've stray.
