Nuked cottage cheese is NOT oatmeal. Bleeeegh

Just gonna go back to eating it regular with some strawberries.

Goldie, I agree with you about nuking the cottage cheese. I found that if you add a liitle bit of splenda, cinnamon and strawberries to regular, right out of the carton cottage cheese it sorta tastes like cold oatmeal.

Ick! Sounds terrible.

It's very popular and lots of people like it, since you can "dress it up" any number of ways.

You might like Mock Danish too!!!!

Nuke 3 oz. cream cheese for 30 secs or so (to soften) Whisk an egg into the cream cheese until it's smooth. Add splenda or stevia to taste (I use 2 pckts splenda AND 1/8 tsp of stevia-I like it sweet ) Then I add 1 TBS. flaxmeal and sometimes 1 TBS. of cocoa powder. You can also use s/f syrups, vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon.....the flavorings are endless. Then nuke it for about 2:30 mins in the mic. YUMMMMMMY!!!!!
