i fell off the wagon on friday, and somehow i justified it to myself and stayed off all weekend.... i think i just need some support or you can do it's or something.... i really SHOULDN'T need that, i lost 5 pounds and 6 inches last week...but when i fell off the wagon, i fell hard... now i'm wondering if it's worth it to start up again, just so i can go off it again.... grrrr... i know i'll feel better about it in the morning... i'm sorry, i just wanted to vent, i guess

Tomarrow is anew day! Everyone here has had a "fall off the wagon " at some point. The important part is that you climb back on! You can do it!

    Good luck all!!

In my case, induction was the hardest time of the woe. I initially did not intend to do Atkins for the rest of my life: this was because I really could not see myself sticking to it permenantly. By October, I discovered substitutes for almost every food that I had loved before. Fortunately for me, I can limit myself to a taste, and still loose weight or have any adverse effects.

By November, it became much easier for me. I had just arived to a point where most of my cravings had gone down to manageable levels. That is when I realized that I could do this for life.

Just hang in there. This woe becomes far easier after your first 2-3 months.

    Started Atkins on 9/20/03

    You can do it...
i feel im sorta like paladin... i dont 100% deprive my self..
i get tired of eggs and i havent got in to makeing alot of the wonderfull things they have posted in the recpie section.. beacuse i was holding off on the "flour replacements" till after induction...

i found i can allow my self 1/2 a serving of oatmeal for breakfest... yes its only like 1/4 cup... not alot but it helps... and i dont use the instant kind i use oldfashion rolled..more texture... i usualy have w/ it 1 egg 1 pc sausage or just some kind of meat...

and im always sure to drink TONS of water... i know if i would weigh my self every day i would get so discouraged so i dont... i do about 1 time a week or less...
you can do it keep your head up
