I am "back on the wagon" after a big 3 month cheat. I am re-inducting and have been doing so for a week. SHould I do the full 2 weeks or go on to OWL. I want to lose about 10 pounds.

    Thanks,
    Martha

What have your results been during the first week with induction? If you're losing again and in ketosis, cravings have diminished, I would say ease into OWL. Best wishes.

    Take care~

sounds like a plan to me, too. BUT if you are not losing well and have cravings, I would do it for the whole 2 weeks.
