    for information. Basically, things to look at
    - are you eating too much sodium?
    - are you drinking enough water? (rule of thumb is about 1 oz per pound of you)
    - do you take a multivitamin that contains potassium?

    If you continue to have trouble, see your doctor!

    My Dr. told me to take extra Calcium for leg cramps. They used to wake me up at night. There's a good one here... www.livehealthynow.unfranchise.com

    I was told it was potassium and magnesium. My leg cramps stopped when I added those supplements in the morning.
