Just wanted to introduce myself, as I just discovered this board. I have been on SBD for 7 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. I am thrilled with it, and how it has eliminated my carb cravings. I do slip up, but start right back up. I just had my lipid levels checked, and they have improved over a year ago, but more progress to be made on that front. I look forward to chatting and learning more about the low carb life.
