I have been back on since monday, and i haven't really lost any wieght at all, and i've been doing soooooo good, so yesterday i wieghed in at 222, and today when i got on the scale, after um.. going to the bathroom... i weighed 215... is that possible or is my scale gone screwy on me? i would welcome any input on this...

I have had that happen twice. It doesn't SEEM possible but for me it was real.
Don't worry about a few days with no weight loss. Do you feel better? That is what I always go by. I have had 8 week periods were my scale won't budge a half of a pound. Then Whoosh it starts again as long as I am sticking to this WOE.

DUH.. i just realized something... i just got done with that TOM and that prolly had something to do with not seeing the weight come off and then it coming off all of a sudden... some things can be so obvious you don't see them staring you right in the face...

No offense to all you TOM-lovers but I still can't be happy about it. I HATE the TOM just cause the cramps(which have been alleviated some by this WOE) and the whole no white pants thing.... I love my white clothes... darn that being a woman thing lol.!

Hey Joanna, have you seen the Ohio Get together post in "Everything Else" forum? The Indy plan is growing!!!!!!! We need to get a PT going about it for posting details, but we want to give everyone a chance to see the post first.
Ohio Post

MeganRose, you should take a look at the post too, since you are in Ohio too. Holy moley, there's a LOT of LC people in the Buckeye State!!!!

Megan Rose.... water, water, water!!! I discovered that on this WOE - when I took in at least 3 liters of water a day - my cramps were SIGNIFICANTLY less. Still had 'em (yep, the woman thing is a drag sometimes!) but they were much more manageable - plus - the flow was much better, easier even.

Hugs,

I love my TOM most sincerely. Regardless of its impact on my weight.
Simply put, having TOM beats the heck out of the alternative!

Speaking of alternatives, I'd love to see TOM again. I've just gotten off of the Depo shot and don't know when I might start. My best friend was on it once and after her last shot it took her a year to see TOM.

Whooshes (quick losses) are the greatest thing in the whole world. Even if 4 out of 5 pounds would be water weight.. it's so substantial from a mental point of view... especially if you've been hovering for some time on a stall.

Gotta love LC for that reason and so many others!
