Thread: Atkins Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels

    Just tried the cinnamon and raisin bagels. They are delish. Only ate 1/2 bagel for 4.5 carbs. Does anyone have thoughts or knowledge about bagels with fewer carbs?

    Don't have them during induction.

    After induction, you can experiment with the low carb products, but even then be careful with them. They stall many people.

    Thanks. I didn't. I started Atkins on 1-19-04 and am now adding some items back in. Will be careful with them tho.

    Funny! I had one of those for the first time this morning too. It was o.k., but I don't think it is worth the money.

    I haven't tried any Lc bagels yet, but have tried LC breads. And believe-you-me, I READ the labels before I buy them. I use a really good LC bread right now, it's expensive, but worth it to me. AND it doesn't give me heartburn, like regular bread used to. (of course I'm not eating as much of it as I used to either.)
