Hi,
I read the replies to my post about being so tired.

I do not take a supplement or even exercise much at all, outside of chasing after two young children.

What should I take and will it really help with energy levels?? The first few weeks of Induction I felt great...no yawning and such...and now I am tired again. Still in induction and in ketosis too.

Any help would be appreciated.

From my experience I cannot achieve a measure of wellness and energy without an effective supplement. In the past I would yo-yo. Feel good stop taking them. Feel bad take them til I felt better...and on & on.

Not all supplements are created equal. Many are a waste of money. Years of trial and error, trying and discarding has led me to the one I take now. 2 scoops a day has a balance of all vitamins, minerals, amino acids, trace elements...it also has some herbs that promote wellness. It has a light vanilla taste and you mix it w/liquid. I use water and DV syrup to make it extra tastey.. No pills.. easy...the company guarantees if you don't feel the difference you get your money back. I get mine from an independent distributor but you can go to the companies home page and order direct. If you are interested in the product and its nutritional composition you can find it at their website www.reliv.com. I believe in this product so strongly one day I may become a distributor but for now I tell anybody who will listen about it. I believe it's my secret weapon.

You should take at least a multivitamin every day. I usually take:

* 1 Multi
* 1 B complex 50g
* 2 Cs 500g x2 or 3
* 2 fish oil

Started Atkins on 9/20/03
