Hi,
I have been reading the posts about fit tracker. What is it and where do I find it?

Also..I do not think I am getting near the protein I should. Can anyone tell me me how much protein is in an egg, sausage link, string cheese. I guess I can wait until I get home to add up my protein..but if anyone here knows the protein in these items I'd appreciate the help.

Thanks
Kristin

If you're referring to FitDay, it's located here.

As far as protein counts on foodstuffs, look at the nutrtional label and the protein will be listed there along with everything else. If you have a foodstuff without a nutrtional label, then you can look it up on FitDay, or just find a calorie/carb counter online, like this one.

Hope this information helps...

Protein Power by Michael and Mary Dan Eades has a formuly in their book about how much protein one should consume. I highly recommend this book!!!! (They also have a Lifetime Plan book also, which probably has the same formula in it, although I'm not sure, I haven't finished the book yet)
