Has anybody tried these products? I bought these at Walgreens the other day and I made the chocolate pudding and I don't know If i did it right. It barely looked like chocolate pudding, it was a really light brown. Then I tried it and it wasn't good. I don't know if I made it right. Has anybody tried this stuff? Also, is it okay to have the jam. There is 2 carbs per TBS.

Love the screen name!
Are you still on induction? If so, you should be sticking to the list of induction foods and avoiding sweets, even lc sweets. Try this list of lc foods. Also go to 'Basics' section on homepage for some great articles to get you started on the right track.
p.s. Are you doing Atkins? And, have you read the book?

If you're talking about the stuff like in the picture below, you can find more informatino about it here.

From that site, I plugged the numbers into my hidden carb calculator and it comes out to 3.88 carbs per serving. If you subtract the dietary fiber, there are less carbs.

However.......

You must count the carbs that you add when you add the milk product (half-n-half or heavy whipping cream). Also, as stated earlier, if you're following Induction, this shouldn't be on your list of approved eating.

If you're out of Induction and losing great, I'd be very cautious. A product like this can stall many people.

YMMV (your mileage may vary)...
