Wooo hooo!!! I'm just jumping up and down doing a happy dance!!

I thought OK I'll get on the scale this morning, fully expecting to see the same weight as its been for the past 4 weeks. I was so shocked to see a 3lb. weight loss. I thought those scale was never going to move again. This was the first time I had a visit from the whoosh fairy in 4 weeks. I'm so excited!!

The support on this site has a lot to do with my sucess. All the advice, I received last week when I mention my stall paid off.
