 New products are appearing daily, but this one caught my eye and I gave it a try. Blue Bunny's Carb Freedom Ice Cream comes in a few flavors but I tried the mint chip as I was buying a similiar flavor for my family. It was very good! And for 1/2 cup it was 2 carbs! I was very impressed!   |

| Just a warning, watch the sugar alcohol content in that. I have Carb Options Ice Cream. It contains sugar alcohols, so I use it just occasionally. I tried the Blue Bunny Ice Cream bars. Addicting. I don't buy them very often. But for an occasional treat, they're delightful.
