| Luv - Ditto Barb's comment. Make sure you're getting enough fat. Butter on veggies and eggs, lard to fry in, full fat dressings for salad, etc. In almost 3 years of doing this, I've noticed that I always feel best when I'm eating a healthy amount of good fats.

| Thanks, I really try to do that. I have been lax in using FitDay so I really should use it and see where I am calorie wise. Last week the scale went down two pounds and this week it went up (so far). I'm trying not to care about the numbers! Sigh!!! |
