just search recipes, and/or low carb and you'll get lots, but the ones here are the better, lol

Yes... I do a lot of cooking and love it... If you cook, I might also suggest that, I know this sounds like blasphemy but, I getting Cooking Light Magazine and I just adjust all their recipes from the 'stone age' LOW-FAT stuff to the full fat stuff. They have a really consistantly good collection of recipes.

Good Luck!

Wow Thanks I've just added all these sites to my favorites list. Rachel I used to subscribe to Cooking Light in my low fat days. Great magazine! Many of their recipes are easily adaptable to low carb.

Hey Rob! Great to 'see' you! Yeah, now that I'm overseas and can't get the magazine, I've limited myself to the once a year editions they publish. In fact, at some point when I'm home this summer I'll have to pick up the latest (They call it 2004, even though it is a compendium of the 2003 recipes!).

I do love to cook and being in a different country is always a challenge. We don't have regular cuts of meat (the Georgian idea of a butcher is a guy with a hatchet and a hacksaw just chunkin' up the side of pork or beef - pretty sad - lots of great meat goes to waste. BUT I've gotten absolutely expert at throwing together stir-fries
