| Don't worry... there is no "golder try". Atkins is meant to be a lifestyle... and although you may stray from it sometimes... it will be there when you come back and it will work. There is a chance that your body may have caught on to what you were doing, and the loss might be a tad bit slower... but keep at it. And honestly... if you haven't done it for awile... go back and read the book again... it will help. Follow everything to a "T" for the first two weeks and I think you'll get back into the losing groove. Make sure you get your water in (oz for every 2 lbs body weight aka 230 lbs=115 oz of H2O daily). Good luck and welcome back to the LC WOL! |

| Thanks so much! I had deleted my original message after I read a little bit more and decided all my questions had been answered elsewhere. Last year when I lost, I would lose nothing for weeks and then would have a whoosh from anywhere from 4-8 pounds. That was frustrating to me -- until the whoosh happened! I guess I just lose that way but it's frustrating to not see that scale move! (I know -- I shouldn't look so much, but I do!) Thanks again for the encouragement! |
