 Back on the wagon Hi all; only by the grace of God have I kept my weight at 200 lbs, well 202 to be exact. Today Im back on the wagon after a four month absence. Its great to read post from you all, the encouragement is just as warm as I remember. Im back on induction and ready to "walk the walk". I you all for your encouragement and prayers as I give you all mine.
