    cal = 1713 carb = 51 net carb = 44 prot = 116

    b - mock danish
    s - curves shake, 1 pc cheddar cheese
    l - 1 can salmon, lettuce w rance
    s - 1 yellow pepper, cream cheese/chipped beef
    d - 3 egg omelet w cheese

    feel like all I did was eat today, and plan so I could get my calories up.

    cal = 1721 carb = 67 prot = 111 net carb = 46

    b - 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2 c strawberries, 1 splenda
    s - curves shake, 1/4 c. lc icecream
    l - 7 shrimp, 1tbs cocktail sauce
    s - adkins apple crisp, 1 oz almonds
    d - country spinach salad/ranch dressing
    s - celery/cream cheese

    boy, did I make a mistake on the Bob Evans salad before. I had gone to their
    nutrition site and found the numbers for the salad. didn't realize the standard
    dressing (hot bacon) was listed down below. SHEESH!!! Shoulda figured it was
    too good to be true. 35 carbs for the dressing. Was getting one a week - wont
    do that anymore.

    so, got ranch this time. It just isn't the same. Will be cheaper and better for
    me just to stick with McD salads from now on when I need one.
    Live and learn.

    cal = 1319 carb = 46 prot = 98 net carb = 34

    b - m cereal
    s - 3 oz cheese
    l - 3 egg, 3 bacon, 2 sl lc toast
    d - McD bacon ranch salad
    s - atkins shake

    weird day. moved furniture today, spent a lot of time on the road.
    also went to movie, so ate real late and I needed carbs and cal, so
    hit the atkins shake.
    Stupid McD's gave me crispy chicken instead of grilled, so gave chicken to the dog.

    l - McD grilled chicken caesar (pitched tomatoes and carrots and croutons)

    very happy with the numbers today. decided to go back to induction/phase I - whichever.
    limit of 20 net carbs. hit that. protein okay. cal a little low, but I feel full, so that is what counts.
    I'm done for the day. even if I have to go to bed to not get a snack

    water was 150 oz, easy. just couldn't get enough today. usually hit 100 though.
    rode the bike this morning.

    Thanks. but this is an act of desperation. I so would like to start the new month in a new century. but it felt good today. Being able to do it. Tomorrow should be the same, but I also have an intense workout scheduled after work. Will have to plan accordingly - don't want to overexert without nourishment.
    I have taken to planning out the next day on fitday to get the most throughout the day, and then doing my best to stick to what I have on the list.

    HEY, did you get one of those step counters with your ADULT happy meal???? I met for lunch with Libaki today (Libby) and we met at McD's. I got one of them. I love it. I am going to wear it to work tomorrow and walk the warehouse and see how many steps I was doing while I worked in the mailroom. Libby and I had a nice time at lunch. We talked about getting the Illinois bunch together sometime this summer. I hope all our schedules will jibe for it. I think it would be fun!!!!!

    Keep up the good work MK, I so wanted to meet YOU in Indy!!!! Maybe later on this summer we can still get that accomplished!!!!!

    if you get something solid set up, I may just show up. I was born and raised in Chicago (well, until I was 12). Not that I remember much anymore. But its only about 5-6 hrs. or around $200. and it would be worth it to meet all of you.

    cal = 1187 carb = 40 net carb = 31 prot = 93

    b - 2 egg, 3 bacon
    s - celery cream cheese
    l - chinese buffet - stuck to broccoli/chicken/crab foods - 1 crab rangoon
    s - curves shake
    d - roast beef, cucumbers/sour cream

    had the day all planned out and was on track. THEN....
    my business partner called and some software we had been waiting on was in and
    he needed my help and I could load at the same time. so, he was wanting chinese -
    guess maybe I'll do the induction level Saturday too.
    not even sure of the numbers, but they don't look that awful bad either.

    cal = 1377 carb = 63 net carb = 45 prot = 97

    b - 2 egg, 3 bacon
    s - curves shake, 5 triscuits (needed quick carbs after workout - it helped)
    l - lf cottage cheese w/berries
    s - atkins apple crisp
    d - large shrimp/curry sauce - spinach/cucumber salad
    s - none

    very good day - hit exactly the numbers I like seeing. Not too high on protein,
    wanted to get carbs up today after I did Curves.
    Did a KMB (Kick my Butt) session, and boy did it. I was pretty shaky and hurting (good hurting)
    after, but staying at 20 carbs and doing workouts like that will kill me.

    Thinking about it - I have always been sedentary (asthma and size) - and am just not used to
    working out, biking, walking like I am doing now (or at least trying to).
    Maybe my carbs need to be up around 50. I did managed to get them up to 30-40, but going to shoot
    for the 50-60 range. I've just been so afraid to. will see how it goes this week. Don't plan on
    blowing out on HC/bad carbs - but I can have some LC bread, more fruit, etc. Why not?
