I have lost my apetite for the past 3 days but yet I continue to be in ketosis, the only things I can eat or feel to eat are nuts, but I am forcing eggs and meat down my throat, and nuts being the high fibre source, I guess I hvae totally burnt myself out on salads etc, dont know but I guess so I am evan having to focre meats, fish etc down my throat. Now I am just sick to puke if I see them and have to eat but dont want to, the more I work out the less I feel to eat it has always been this way. Nuts are the only things I can eat without feeling to barf. Why has this happened?
