| What do I need to take? What are you taking? And when you recommend something.....please tell me why they are essential? I am pretty clueless about this subject but, realize that I need them. Please remember that I usually as a general rule stay on n Induction levels. I usually intake 14-24 carbs a day. All which come from meat, cheese, eggs and green veggies. Please advise. I would like to start this asap. Please note that on occassion about....6 times a month I take flax seed which is very helpful to keep me a regular gal. Thanks in advance, |

| Hey, buddy! Check out the "ongoing weight loss" section...there were a couple of threads recently: Vitamins, oil, etc. and How many pills do you take? There were alot of responses...I think you could get some good ideas from that. Basically, I think almost everyone takes at least a multivitamin. Prevention.com has lots of great information in general, and it's a great place to check out vitamins, minerals, etc. They even had a vitamin "survey" on there somewhere. Check it out!

| Thanks LC Friend! I was looking everywhere for a thread to read up on,,but I couldn't find anything. I will check the older pages of the that forum and I will go to Prevention..I have a subscriptio that magazine. What magazine don't I though. I have to cut it down other wise my mailman is going to kill me. One day I had 14 catalogs and 8 magazines...PLUS my mail! Ugh! I felt terrible and thought ....he hates me I know it! I just subscribed to Low Carb Living and I already have LC Energy. Plus 12 others! I love to read, but end up not reading them all and then my aunt gives me all of the gossips papers, stars, globe, examiner, etc. I DIGRESS>..........Sorry about that. Anyways thanks! |

| PQ, IMO anyone low carbing needs to be taking at least a multivitamin. This can be something like Centrum, One a day, Atkins #3 or even a $3. generic from Walmart, but just start taking something, and do it every day. I take: Walmart Generic Centrum 50 mg B complex 1000 mg Vitamin C Fish oil with Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin E And a melatonin supplement at night to help me sleep. HTH
