Unhappy Fell Off the Wagon - Big Time

Okay, so I was really good for the last month and didn't see a whole lot of progress (3 lbs total), so I let it get me down--way down. This weekend I let it get to me and gave in to ALL of my desires. I ate whatever I wanted, bread, pasta, ice cream, pina colada's etc. Boy do I feel like garbage. I'm bloated, nauseaus and guilty.

This morning, I scrambled two eggs and have decided to recommit to induction for another two weeks. Next time I get discouraged, I'll post instead of cheat. Thanks for all your support guys. This time, I'm really going to do it!

I also was pretty good last month and only lost 3 pounds. I was okay with that. I've lost 90 pounds and my body is fighting to hold on to every ounce. I just keep doing what I know is working, although slowly now. If you had one weekends worth of slip-ups then doing induction for a few days is a good idea. But I don't think a full 2 weeks is necessary or desirable. You did well to come here fess up and get right back on plan.
