| This morning, I scrambled two eggs and have decided to recommit to induction for another two weeks. Next time I get discouraged, I'll post instead of cheat. Thanks for all your support guys. This time, I'm really going to do it! |

| Hang in there. Good luck with getting back on track. You can do it!! Come post often! Everyone here offers great encouragement. I have found this forum to be my greatest support at times.

| I also was pretty good last month and only lost 3 pounds. I was okay with that. I've lost 90 pounds and my body is fighting to hold on to every ounce. I just keep doing what I know is working, although slowly now. If you had one weekends worth of slip-ups then doing induction for a few days is a good idea. But I don't think a full 2 weeks is necessary or desirable. You did well to come here fess up and get right back on plan.
