Hello all! Another newbie here! I am so glad I stumbled across this site. Very helpful. Just a quick intro: My name is Amber and I live in Pennsylvania. Memorial Day Weekend I decided to finally do something about my weight. I hit my all-time high weight of 220 and was miserable. So far I've lost 13 pounds. I am feeling really good and finally feel like I want to start exersising. I have a VERY supportive family and my co-workers are cheering me on. That makes a world of difference.

Anywho, that's about it. Take care all!

That's what kept me going as I started out on this woe...and all the people at this site are so encouraging and uplifting and give such good advice as well. They've really helped me come through some tough spots as well when I've struggled, and I know they are more than willing to help you out as well.
