well we can stumble with this together sounds like a good place to start i just started this about a month ago and i had found this website and it has been very helpful im 33 and recently moved to ok i started thisat 336lbs and now im at 316 woo hoo 20 lbs gone and i think i clicked on friends and it asked if i wanted to ask you to add me other than that im not sure how to add you
