    So, ok, it is official!

I was on my journal and looked down and saw "cottage cheese" so I clicked on it and it is What's for dinner and my journal which have cottage cheese as their tag word! LOL!
So like I said, it is official and I am now known by my cottage cheese. Thought you would get a laugh!

The book is really helpful. Only into the first four chapters or so but when everything I am reading makes sense then that is a book for me! Although, maybe I should say unfortunately, since it is about cognative therapy! LOL!
It was v. nice of you to recommend it.
As for the site, everything you are doing has been really fantastic. The front page is much more inviting. The new community topics are great. I love the recipe section, too! It feels like home with a better paint job and new furniture! LOL!
Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Thank you, Dixie and I wish the same for you. I'm attaching a screen shot of the visitor page, since it doesn't seem quite right. I had a hard time getting to this conversation screen because of "overlap."

Ahhhh... Ok. Guess that's not an option here, even in advanced. I'll send it another way.

    Have a great day!

I've mentioned before my husband's uncanny ability to know when I've lost weight: http://lowcarbeating.com/low-carb-di...py-points.html.

Like clockwork, he notices every time I lose five pounds. He knows how my hugs feel, he says.

Funny thing that never hit me before now-If he notices every time I've lost 5 pounds, then he'd have to notice every time I've gained five pounds, too. And yet, he never says a word about me gaining...

I hope you're all having a wonderful, merry, fun Christmas! *

This year has been full of challenges for me, as I know it has likewise been for many of you. And yet, we're all still here. And we're still low-carbing the holidays!

We usually have some old friends returning around the start of a new year, which I love. Although I have to be honest: my heart aches for many of you

I realized a couple of days ago, almost EVERY time I cook something, the mess of pot and pans I have shoved into the cabinet come crashing out on the floor.

This is like, 98% of the time.

So what would you expect from this?

a.) Do you think that would convince me to ogranize something? Stack pans? Get some kind of plastic organizational aids?

Or b.) do you think I'd probably just laugh at myself, grab what I want, and shove the rest back in...

I made some of the NoChex Mix this weekend (http://lowcarbeating.com/low-carb-co...enkin-chex-mix). Hubby was happily munching away when suddenly, a pause.

"Hey, there are nuts in here..." It's dawned on him, after I've made these a few times now...I smile.

"That means you've been holding out on me. You've been hiding nuts! There are nuts in the house that I didn't know about."

I laugh. "Well, yeah,...
