Hey there. Remember when I rejoined back awhile and you combined my old old old account and my new one? Well, now when I'm blogging it doesn't show up under the ***Amy*** account. Is there anyway to change it? When I pull up my account settings, it looks like the Amy account too.

hi,hello and congrats. I have a question for you, is there a such thing as not eating enough protien that will stop you from lossing. Ive lost a total of 25lbs. Please help me. I have a protien shake in the morn. and chicken for lunch with some olives and dinner some sort of meat and i snack on cheese sticks.
Like clockwork, he notices every time I lose five pounds. He knows how my hugs feel, he says.
Funny thing that never hit me before now-If he notices every time I've lost 5 pounds, then he'd have to notice every time I've gained five pounds, too. And yet, he never says a word about me gaining...

This year has been full of challenges for me, as I know it has likewise been for many of you. And yet, we're all still here. And we're still low-carbing the holidays!
We usually have some old friends returning around the start of a new year, which I love. Although I have to be honest: my heart aches for many of you
I realized a couple of days ago, almost EVERY time I cook something, the mess of pot and pans I have shoved into the cabinet come crashing out on the floor.
This is like, 98% of the time.
So what would you expect from this?
a.) Do you think that would convince me to ogranize something? Stack pans? Get some kind of plastic organizational aids?
Or b.) do you think I'd probably just laugh at myself, grab what I want, and shove the rest back in...
