Funny thing that never hit me before now-If he notices every time I've lost 5 pounds, then he'd have to notice every time I've gained five pounds, too.And yet, he never says a word about me gaining

This year has been full of challenges for me, as I know it has likewise been for many of you. And yet, we're all still here. And we're still low-carbing the holidays!
We usually have some old friends returning around the start of a new year, which I love. Although I have to be honest: my heart aches for many of you
I realized a couple of days ago, almost EVERY time I cook something, the mess of pot and pans I have shoved into the cabinet come crashing out on the floor.
