I was thinking about my life a couple years ago when I gained all this weight. Looking back sometimes to see how we gain and why is sometimes a good way to change the way we handle stress and food.

Two years ago I weighed 140 lbs. I was working out with a trainer three days a week. Because of the muscle and toned look I looked more like 120. I was in awesome shape physically and mentally. Then.......
