- Hi All, I have to say that I am soo glad i found this site and all you wonderful LCE's I have LC before, lost 30 lbs. but ended gaining that plus an extra 40 or so lbs. After a bout of Ovarian cancer, and loosing my beloved Mom and a few stressful moves across country, I have found my way back to LCE.. and its is long over due. I was starting to feel some pretty scary things regarding my health. I was a strok or heart attack waiting to happen. Plus.. I saw my photo of my holloween costume that
