It went ok yesterday! I cheated a little teeny bit last night during dinner, but it went alright. I've been good all day today (had some ham and cheese roll ups for breakfast, and tuna salad for lunch with lots of water), although I think I'm already starting to feel that "low carb flu" that everyone talks about when you start induction. It's sort of like withdrawal I guess, lol, but I'm trying not to think what I'd want to eat since I'm not hungry... what a battle right?
