Everything is on track. I even made peanut butter cookies for DH's bday and didn't eat any. The weight is coming over sloooowly, but I expected that. I need to incorporate more exercise into my plan and I know it, I just need to schedule a regular time for it. I get up at 4:30 anyway every day so I can't see doing it in the mornings.

I've lost about a pound and a half this week. I know some of that is water weight, but that also means I'm doing the right stuff (if I'm losing water weight).
My little guy is back at school after a 2 week break and he's OK with it. I've really been struggling to find something I can feed him for breakfast that is healthy and quick. I have a few and I've been tossing them around in my head.
I'm going to take an online course, something work related. It doesn't have to be for my degree program. There is som much I want to learn. The important thing here is that I prove to myself that I CAN make the time to do it.
I'm going to be more selective about what projects/people I spend my time on.
So I stepped on the scale today. I gave my WOE a week before I did it, so I'll add two pounds as a starting weight (factoring what was probably a 2 pound loss in water weight) ... I should have done that a long time ago, but being completely honest, I knew what it was by the clothes I was wearing. So there we go. I'm facing it. Cause and effect. I know the cause, it's time to own the effect.
