I haven't been posting, but I've been reading.
Everything is on track. I even made peanut butter cookies for DH's bday and didn't eat any. The weight is coming over sloooowly, but I expected that. I need to incorporate more exercise into my plan and I know it, I just need to schedule a regular time for it. I get up at 4:30 anyway every day so I can't see doing it in the mornings.

I've lost about a pound and a half this week. I know some of that is water weight, but that also means I'm doing the right stuff (if I'm losing water weight).
My little guy is back at school after a 2 week break and he's OK with it. I've really been struggling to find something I can feed him for breakfast that is healthy and quick. I think we've got a compromise. I bought him a bunch of different bags of different kinds of frozen fruit and a big container of plain yogurt. For
I have a few and I've been tossing them around in my head.
- I'm going to take an online course, something work related. It doesn't have to be for my degree program. There is som much I want to learn. The important thing here is that I prove to myself that I CAN make the time to do it.
- I'm going to be more selective about what projects/people I spend my time on.
- I'm going to cherish my friends and family.
- I'm going to work to be healthy.
So I stepped on the scale today. I gave my WOE a week before I did it, so I'll add two pounds as a starting weight (factoring what was probably a 2 pound loss in water weight) ... I should have done that a long time ago, but being completely honest, I knew what it was by the clothes I was wearing. So there we go. I'm facing it. Cause and effect. I know the cause, it's time to own the effect.
I've been in induction a week and I had other than sleeping a little more, no ill effects.

My cabinets.... I should seriously take a picture and post it before I pull everything out of them. I have low fat, low calorie, nutra system, weight watchers, myoplex shakes (from body for life).. tells a story, doesn't it?
Anyway, I'll pull everything out of them today. I lost 30 pounds on Atkins and nothing on the rest. Everybody is different and for some people, those things
