Lisa, I like to take slices of pepperoni and heat them in the microwave until they are crisp. They key is to wrap them in a folded paper towel so that a lot of the grease is absorbed. Somtimes I sprinkle cheese on the top. I have even used them to substitute as nacho chips.
Hi. I've been following the Atkins plan since
Aug 1 and have lost 15 lbs. I have not exercised much, which I need to do. I need more snack ideas, I eat nuts and cheese for my snacks but find I am falling back into my old habbits - crackers and candy. any suggestions?
