yep. the layout on the visitor page is definitely not right...haven't dug into that yet, but at least it's within my area of expertise.

Thank you, Dixie and I wish the same for you. I'm attaching a screen shot of the visitor page, since it doesn't seem quite right. I had a hard time getting to this conversation screen because of "overlap."
