About 7 years ago, I did atkins and weighed 113 pounds. That was actuallt too thin for me but I stayed around 120 for about two years. I then changed jobs and started working for the Chamber of Commerce and I love my job but it has packed the pounds on me. Of course when I first started workign there I was still atkins WOE but was adding in bads foods which made me gain QUICKLY.
