    Hi Tracy,

    I bought a bag of Bob's Red Mill low carb backing mix and used the recipe on the back.

    Not too bad....I added in some dried cranberries and some lc chocolate pieces.

how yummy was my dinner last night?!?!?!? it was: cauli-mash, then a layer of cottage cheese (MMM), then my spaghetti meatsauce, then parmesan cheese. oh, how good!! gonna have the same for lunch today, but i'll asdd some peas to the mash, for some greens....guilt-free.....sooo happy to have found the recipe for cauli-mash here!!!!

right. had a pretty bad couple of days, but am back on track today (at least i've been to the gym 3 times this week!! )

i have just made the cauli-mash...with cream, butter, salt and cream cheese - HOW GOOD IS IT?!?!?!. my 3yo and i just shared a bowl, with added parmesan (i love parmesan), and now i have so much hope and peace about the spag sauce i made last night for our groupies. tonight, i will have it with cauli-mash (MMMMMMM)

that's all for now. my husb leaves...

but keeping on...i have to just do the (many) things i need to do and ignore the fatigue....anyway, made it to the gym this morning and was there an hour (cardio and muscle-work).

i'm tired today....so did not go to the gym. but thursday 6am is bodypump with friend kym, and we'll probably fit in friday early morning as well.

for lunch i had chicken rollups - slices with pesto and red pepper. mmmmmmm. oh, and some cottage cheese. oh...and some more red pepper and half a carrot. so far my carb count for the day is around 11 (i don't count milk; i NEED milk!! ); i had a protein-yogurt-milk shake for breakfast with almond meal added. i thnk the almond...

hmmm, no idea if anyone reads this (is probably quite boring!)

anyways, it's good for me to write! went to the gym this morning, and had a good eating-weekend. no cheats on my plan, and no cravings either. (did have that pancake, but did not exceed daily carb-count )

feeling good, lost 2 kgs, now hovering around 87, when for months i was always hovering at 90 (kgs). how goooood. Hoping to soon hover at 80 (for christmas party on dec 19th - which will be...
