Unhappy OFF the wagon...

Hi Everyone
Its been awhile and I have no clue as to where the summer went. I do however know I didn't follow the LC plan nor did I go to the gym. I am happy to report that I lost a couple more pounds, but I feel like total bloated crap with no exercising.

So...back up on the wagon I go and I was just wondering, do I go back to induction or what? I need to get with it again and I know no better place to be than here!

Thanks!!

I would go back to induction for at least a week, if not two. This will jumpstart your loss and get rid of your cravings.

Best wishes on getting back on the wagon and getting rolling again!

You can go back to induction--but I would also say it would depend on where you were when you fell off--Induction for 4 or 5 days to get back into ketosis should be all that is necessary!

Tracy, welcome back. I, too, would go back to induction. You'll feel soooo much better! As for the ol' wagon, I've fallen off too many times to count, but I've always come back to LC. You're in good company.

Ditto what Staci said. Welcome back! Check in often and you will be less tempted to stray! We only give forgiveness, not permission!
