Wink Scales finally moved

Hi Gang

Finally my stall seems to be over. It's been a very frustrating 3 months and it feels great to be out of the 170's. I am just down a pound, but atleast the scales are moving again. If it wasn't for this forum, I would have probably quit this woe long ago, but thanks to all your support I have stuck it through. I have learned a lot here, and am greatful to be on this journey with the rest of you amazing people

Hugs
Nancy

Congratulations Nancy! Your perseverance paid off and your victory is just one more step ensuring your success in meeting your goals!
I went back in a few of your messages to look for some answers about your stall and it seems you stalled out on the LC bars? What other things do you think it may have been? I'm asking because I've upped my exercise routine to at least 40 minutes daily hard aerobic, and I'm waiting for the scale to notice. I am very impressed with your commitment and am interested to know what else you may have discovered during your stall?
Thanks!

Momto3boys

you are right, I definately think the low carb bars were part of the problem, along with other lc products. I also tried to introduce too many foods too quickly and therefore I believe I was taking in too many carb and I also had to cut back on the cheese. It was a difficult summer and I really got off track, but I,m back now and I will watch things more closely.

Hugs
