Question What size do I wear.

Ok, I am on my way to dinner at Havana Jax a really good and pricey restuarant for free tonight bc I am a spanish teacher. So, the food is going to be spanish and although I'm not Spanish I LOVE the food, language and culture. Anyhow, I'm having churrasco, I don't know if that has carby stuff but the other stuff there was to pre order was definitely carby. I'm going to try and stick on plan but I think I've hit a goal that I had, to wear a size 12 and....I'm not sure have to do a REEEEAL test at a REAAAAL store. The size 12 skirt was given to me and from Old Navy. Do thier sizes run big? The other is from Express and was also given to me IT is 9/10 and fits VERy comfortably and I want to know if their sizes run bigger too because the last time I shopped at Express I could barely fit into a size 14 of theirs when I was a 14 everywhere else. SO are there any real answers to these questions? OR is it because these clothes we PREworn, they were already stretched a couple of sizes or something....Oh yeah the 14's I have now are getting a lil loose. But it's...comfortable? eh....

All sizes are different, by a little bit anyway--I can wear anything from a 10 to a 14 and be comfortable. Pre-worn clothes may be stretched a bit and thus "fit" but not necessarily. . .I am a size 12 solid in almost every brand but I have two 10s and two different brand pair of 14s so try them on, have fun shopping! Old Navy tends to run about the same as most other brands--at least on my backside, Express actually runs a bit larger--at least on me.

i have found old navy to run a tad smaller... on my body shape... but then agin i think from the trunk down on me i was built like a guy.. (im talking about my rear ...) i have a tiny waist line then my hips leggs thighs everything are big..so issues w/ cloths are harder for me.. to get them to fit around the wiast and not be tight in the legg ..(esp if they are to be relaxed..) have fun and good luck at the resturant..

I, too, have found that old nany runs a tad small, as does express, especially for those of us with hips. Go out - have fun and shop 'til you drop!

different brands do indeed run different... and since shrinking from an 18-20.. to a size 10.. I find that even tho I buy the more expensive clothes, which do run smaller, I have trouble with the waist being too big.. every thing I have is too big in the waist, but fits fine everywhere else.. still and all.. I'd rather have THIS problem then be wearing my previous size.
