| Re: goddess? Well, fairly busy so far. The store had a slow summer, as had many of the low-carb outlets, but I changed the focus more to weightloss than niche grocery and things improved quickly. I helped Castus develop a *real* low carb weightloss program called Club Castus we are rolling out now. It is pretty neat in that it demystifies low carbing for many people, and focuses on body composition more than strictly weight. Many of us know that even when weight isn't dropping, positive things are usually happening underneath, and we have a way to measure and track that. More later!
