Default Who has food allergies?

Is is Teelbee? Maxi? Karen? I apologize, I can't remember!

I was at my Whole Oats Market and noticed this magazine on the rack. It's called "Living Without" and it is for people with gluten and milk allergies, among others. Here's a link to the magazine's site:

I don't know if it will help at all with our lc lifestyle . . . .

Thanks, Alida. I may need to take a look at it.
I'm lucky...no food allergies. But my son is lactose intolerant and needs to take digestive enzyme pills with his morning cereal or cheesy dishes.

Thanks, Alida. I'll check it out when I have more time. I'd really like to find out if I truly have lactose intolerance or a dairy allergy. I now know it's not IBS! I appreciate the link.
