Default Newbie here but not to Atkins

Hi! I joined here a couple of weeks ago, but haven't had the chance to post. I thought I should introduce myself before jumping in to the discussions. I've been doing Atkins for a little over 6 months. I started out at a whopping 306 pounds, but I've taken off 63 of that to date. I've also taken the admonition to exercise seriously and I'm working out at Curves 4 times per week. I'm married, mom to a 5-year-old and a 9-year-old both girls. I'll be sharing more over time.

Make a great day!

YOU GO, GIRL!

Wow, you have made fabulous progress. I keep hearing good things about Curves. Maybe I should look into that for my New Years resolve (LOL).

Welcome, Marilyn! I'm looking forward to reading about your progress and getting to know you better.

Welcome, Marilyn!
I've only been on this site for two months, but in that short time I've found lots of encouragement from the regular posters. I'm sure you will too.

You're doing great! You've dropped a good amount of weight in such a short time. That's about two pounds a week! Bravo!!

Wow! Thanks everyone for the fantastic welcome. It's nice to be among friends. To anyone considering Curves, I can only say great things about it. I feel confident that my success is largely attributable to my working out. Kim, sorry to hear that it's too far away for you to get to one. I've found that support from Curves and from forums like this have been key to my staying on plan. Thanks again!!

One more thing. How do I add one of those neat tickers to my signoff?
