| I finished 11 days on induction, couldn't see the point of going the other 3. I lost a whooping 10lbs. The original 7 that I gained plus 3 more, so its time to up the carbs again. Now that I seem to have my eating under control I need to get active again, I haven't exercised for about 2 months and its hard to get started. I keep saying I will start tomorrow, but tomorrow never seems to come. I guess its time to make a committment and get off my butt. Hope u all have a great day Hugs Nancy |

| Good job, Nancy. Induction is the hardest part and you made it through with 10 pounds less than you started. Whoo-hoo! You might consider joining us on the January Couch Fauxtato thread. We've all committed to do some sort of exercise. Last month, it was just walking a few more steps each day than usual. This month, my goal is to continue the extra steps plus two days of Walking Away the Pounds video workout.

| Congrats on your 10 lbs...I agree it is probably time to add a few back in and yup--now is a great time to add in a work out regimine too!

| Congrats on getting through induction. Just add exercise slowly and you'll get use to it. A couple days a week will grow into more and more. Then it'll be a habit before you now it.
