Default Finished induction

I finished 11 days on induction, couldn't see the point of going the other 3. I lost a whooping 10lbs. The original 7 that I gained plus 3 more, so its time to up the carbs again. Now that I seem to have my eating under control I need to get active again, I haven't exercised for about 2 months and its hard to get started. I keep saying I will start tomorrow, but tomorrow never seems to come. I guess its time to make a committment and get off my butt. Hope u all have a great day

Hugs
Nancy

Good job, Nancy. Induction is the hardest part and you made it through with 10 pounds less than you started. Whoo-hoo!

You might consider joining us on the January Couch Fauxtato thread. We've all committed to do some sort of exercise. Last month, it was just walking a few more steps each day than usual. This month, my goal is to continue the extra steps plus two days of Walking Away the Pounds video workout.

Don't you just love the song from "Annie"
"Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow. You're always a day away!"

Congrats on the loss. You are doing great, Nancy.

Congrats on getting through induction. Just add exercise slowly and you'll get use to it. A couple days a week will grow into more and more. Then it'll be a habit before you now it.
