I read in a magazine, cant remember which one was reading it while in a long line in walmart, i read that coconut oil was this amazing oil that got a bad rep.

Well i finally decided to search some info on it and i am totally astounded by what ive read. Can these claims be true. Wish i knew how to post those links, but i am definetly gonna add this staple to my diet. Im off to walmart in a few and i know they have it there, saw it on the shelf a few days ago.

If anyone , well im sure im probably the only computer illeterate one here, lol. but would love for someone to post a link so others can read the amazing info i found. just type in coconut oil in the search and lots of stuff come up.
