I LOVE this book . The "carb ladder" is especially helpful when adding carbs back into your diet as you progress through OWL and beyond.

I have given away 2 copies of my DANDR--I am on my third copy right now...both of the two I gave away have been well used! I don't mind "losing" a book when it is helping someone else--I may give my current copy away as well...someone else has asked me to help them get started and that is how/why I gave away the first two...gave them the book then helped them get started.
