Just curious as to what supplements you guys are using. I'm sure this topic has been touched on somewhere, but I'm relatively new to the board, so please bear with me...

I currently take a multi-vitamin without iron (I've found Kroger brand Senior is the generic form of Centrum). Also, I had done some research on L-Carnatine last time I was low-carbing, so I still had half a bottle of that in the cabinet... I started taking it yesterday.

I'm interested to know if you have any thoughts on green tea capsules or other anti-oxidants?

Anyone taking any other supplements? What vitamins do you take?

I asked the exact same question when I first started on this board. And here's the latest thread by Dragonmom:

Just yesterday, I ordered about a year's worth of the supplements I take from my favorite source, www.puritan.com (Puritan Pride company)

I'm not connected with this company in any way--just a happy customer.

Right now they are having their Buy 2 get 3 Free sale, or Buy one get one free, depending on the quantity you think you can use. I plan out my supplement needs about a year ahead, and order accordingly. This is a very good deal, and I have no complaints about service or quality.

As far as I'm concerned, taking supplements is an act of faith. I can't really feel anything happening, so I just trust in the research I've done, and hope I'm doing myself some good.

Thanks, Barb L.
I will definitely take advantage of the sale. I have a couple vitamins that I'm almost out of and I completely ran out of B-complex last week. Buying two and getting three free is really a bargain.
