| The music helps you keep the pace. So I wouldn't do it but that doesn't mean you couldn't. I use to do that with an aerobics tape I have but like sshimmer the chatter doesn't bother me.

| Well, our library didn't have WATP, so I broke down and bought the WATP Express 2-in-1 DVD with the 1 mile easy walk and 2 mile brisk walk. It was $12.99 at Kmart. They actually had a better selection of her stuff than Walmart. They had the 1 mile, yoga, pilates and at least 1 other title. I was impressed. I'm excited to try it out later. Library did have "Pilates for Dummies" which I checked out. I have a Pilates tape, but it's beyond my abilities right now, so I thought I'd see if this one would be better. Really like the concept of Pilates, just need a real beginners pace/moves so I can get into it properly. Happy walking!

| I have the WATP 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile. I actually bought mine on half.com for $8 and the 3 mile for $10. They are excellent DVD's. I did the 1 mile the first week and I have ben doing the 2 mile for the past two weeks. It is excellent. I especially love how she utilizes the ball weights...and the dvd's give you a total body workout. I feel great after doing the 2 mile Scott |
