| Re: Its My Atkins 1 Year Anniversary! thanks mag.. but i dont HAVE the before one on this comp... i was hoping someone could copy and paste the one from the photo section and then do some hocus pocus magic voodoo.. cut out the old DURING and slap the NEW during from todays photo section on to the OLD before and VOILA! of course... if you CANT DO THAT .. i totally understand... because i havent been able to...either..:-( |

| Re: Its My Atkins 1 Year Anniversary! thanks tina... i appreciate it... been a short sweet trip actually... i know to newbies a WEEK seems like an eternity... but actually... except for certain MOMENTS (ONE was reading the peanutbutter recipe thingy) it has gone by SOOOOOOOOOO fast... hard to believe that its been that long.. i WISH i had started my journal when i started.. but i LURKED for a few weeks before posting... and then i didnt start my JOURNAL till probably JUNE or something... |

I remember thinking as I began that this was only for two weeks, and I could do anything for two weeks...HMMMM I think those two weeks took longer than anticipated! I am still in those two weeks I guess! Way cool on the celebration...sounds like a blast!!!

I'm working hard to get my rear back in track!. kudos to all of us whom have stuck it out over this past year. and are still strideing to eat healthy! and kudos to those whom have been here long befor us.. to grab us by the hand and hold our chin up outa the water when we feel we have sunk to deep.. <<<<<<<<<HUGS>>>>>>>>>
