| I've been told that freshly squeezed lemon juice melts cellulite...well, I have been having my own homemade lemonade...just pure water and 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (no sweeteners) for over two weeks now. And wow! My cellulite is disappearing! But how long will this last? And is this really true? Or is this some type of myth and my cellulite is disappearing from my different forms of exercises I have been doing lately? Well, if it's true and not a myth, I'd suggest anyone to do this that is trying to get rid of cellulite! Sheyla |

| It could also be all the water you are drinking, along with the exercise. Our bodies are also using all those little fat deposits for energy! But I the water/lemon juice thing is also healthy. I think I read where it is a staple of the Fat Flush Plan (someone correct me if I'm wrong on this.) Glad you can drink it w/o sweetener . . . I'd HAVE to add Splenda. Whatever WORKS!

| Yes Alida - It is one of the staplesof the Fat flush plan. I tried it for 3 weeks and I felt good after doing it. |

| I'm reading The Fat-Flush Plan book now and she makes some compelling arguments... The lemon is supposed to aid liver health and increase bile production which is necessary for fat burning/waste disposal, so I could see how this would be true. I have been doing the lemon juice in warm water for about a week now, but I may step it up a bit. How often/how much are you drinking this? TIA,

| wow this seems like something i might wana read about. seems like i gota build up on the back of my leggs and top of my rear.. have this wonderfull pair of pants i wana fit in to .. and as a test i had my DH try them on to see if he could get them on.. they fit him loose around waste.. like most his pants that i cant wear fitted.. and they were baggy on his fitted more to his leggs more than most of his pants are (that i can wear) so i gota do something about my thighs to be able to wear these pants.. sigh.. darn size people dont know what they are talking about .. these pants say 18 1/2 plus yet im wearing 14 in most other pants.. these i cant get all the way up my rear.. sorry to go on and on about this but im realy looking for extra help to get rid of this stuff that wont go anywhere..

| filley--the 18 1/2 plus are a girls...not misses size...I made that same mistake with some jeans a while back at the thrift store...found myself really ahppy I tried them on before I left...they were on the misses rack..said 14 1/2 but were WAY too tight...I was like WHAT the heck...I wear a 10 and these are still too small...then got to looking--theya re a girls size. Like the kids slim but for the bigger girls but they have NO thighs.

| okay w/ the lemon juice.. any one tell how much lemon juice we should do... checking fit day 1 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice is 21.06 grm of carbs.. OUCH..

| welllll QUICK GILLEY! figure out how MANY tbsps are in that CUP... divide THAT by the 21 grams and see if it is WORTH it for you to use up on something like this.. |

| i was just more curious to see how much yo uare supose to do.. like if it is 1 tbsp a day or if its like 3 times a day or what.. i dont wana over do it when not nessacary.. thanks for input

| According to Ann Louise Gittleman, the author of Fat Flush Plan, you should drink 8 oz. of hot water with the juice of 1/2 a lemon upon rising. That is what I have been doing. | FYI - a half a lemon only has about 2 net carbs and that's including the pulp. There are 16 Tbs in one cup. |

| I was drinking about 6 10 oz glasses per day...but I dropped it down now to about 2 10-oz glasses per day...and with it being cold here, I drink it warm. Absolutely delicious! I was on the Master Cleanser - which is a detoxificaton - and that's why I was drinking so much. Of course, you're supposed to put the Grade B Maple Syrup in the drink to get all your nutrients while doing the Master Cleanser, but I just literally could not tolerate the sweetness of the syrup...and even now, I drink the lemonade with just pure water, 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon and a pinch of cayenne. That really cleanses the system. Sheyla |

| Thanks for the info.. was gona get some lemons today but couldnt due to holiday DH's check wasnt depositited and i dont wana spend our Emergency money on lemons lol.. so.. tommrow im hopeing to get some lemons and ill try doing it befor bed.. and upon riseing.. I wonder.. how it would be if i did it w/ green tea.. hot green tea w/ 1/2 lemon's worth of juice.. hrmm any input on that one ?
