 Tell me, weight gain during TOM?? Just curious...how much weight does everyone gain before or during TOM??? I am a bit discouraged that I am not fitting into jeans that fit me last week (they fit they are just a bit tight around the stomach region) and I think I know that I am bloated but need confirmation that us women GAIN an bit monthly.... AS duran duran would say....RELAX!! oh wait...maybe that was Frankie goes to Hollywood??? ummm....ok, SOMEONE sang that...GOD I really AM getting old *L* I can gain anywhere from 3-8 pounds and the bloat is sometimes AWFUL! but I always enjoy after cause I see a great WHOOSH when the bloat is gone! |

Krystyne, it's been AGES since I have had to worry about TOM but some people are reporting a little less bloat and less of the other TOM symptoms on the Green Tea Challenge. 4 cups (32 oz.) day, either regular or decaf green tea. Splenda is OK in it, cream is not.

| Re: Tell me, weight gain during TOM?? I do something really weird. I gain a day or two before, lose two or three days into it and gain again a day or two after. It's really weird. It could be that my first gain and loss is water and my second gain is from eating not-so-great foods...even though they fit into my plan. (chocolate and peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter Atkins bars are the things I crave during my TOM.)
